Sawgrass Technologies Now Supports ErgoSoft’s PosterPrint RIP™
New recommended RIP guarantees higher productivity, with efficient functions and easy control.
Sawgrass Technologies, Inc. announces the addition of ErgoSoft’s PosterPrint™ as a recommended RIP software for wide-format sublimation printing. PosterPrint is a professional software solution for efficient production of digital printouts in vibrant colors. Its ability to support wide-format inkjet printers makes it the perfect accompaniment to sublimation printing with SubliJet IQ™, Sawgrass’ advanced digital ink technology."ErgoSoft provides a comprehensive RIP software package that offers significant work-flow benefits,” comments Christopher Bernat, Director of Sales, Sawgrass. “It is very intuitive in nature and provides excellent output of gradients while delivering very accurate color."
PosterPrint offers a user-friendly solution that produces finer image quality in continuous tone, vector and gradient elements. The specially developed and optimized dithering methods provide for excellent detailed sharpness including output produced on hard substrates. A full array of functionality built into this RIP will generate higher efficiency in productivity for all levels of wide-format sublimation printing.
Sawgrass Technologies will provide ICC profiles for use with PosterPrint on the Mimaki JV4 and Roland PRO II for a select group of media. This will include offering PosterPrint as an option with installation and training packages available from Sawgrass. ErgoSoft joins Wasatch and Onyx as part of an expanding base of Sawgrass preferred RIP partners. Technical support via phone is available for all recommended RIP software when used in conjunction with SubliJet IQ.
PosterPrint will soon be available through all Authorized SubliJet Resellers. Support services for new customers will be available by the end of May.
