1. What’s included with Ergosoft RIP?
Ergosoft RIP includes a comprehensive set of tools for color management, job handling, and production control — delivered as a fully featured base version. Additional modules like Networked Department and Delta Automation are available separately.
2. How does the release cycle work?
Maintenance is complimentary in the calendar year of purchase. For each following year, you can renew your maintenance annually to receive access to new releases and direct support. This ensures your software stays up to date and your team remains supported.
3. Can I upgrade from an older version?
Yes! You can update to the latest Annual Release by paying for the years you’ve missed. If you're using a version older than Ergosoft 17, you can still update to the current Annual Release — just contact us and we’ll guide you through the options.
4. Which printers and cutters are supported?
You can check our compatibility list directly via the Supported Devices section. If you don't find your device, reach out — we’ll help you find the best fit. Our Universal drivers also support a variety of printers not listed by name.
5. What kind of support is included?
Support is included with an active Annual Maintenance contract. You'll have access to software updates, expert support from our team, and helpful online resources like our Knowledge Base and product documentation.
6. How does the trial work?
Once you get in touch, we’ll guide you through a short onboarding process and provide a personalized trial — so you can evaluate the software using your own production setup.
