All Sales Are Final
When you purchase a license, it’s a final sale. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges after the purchase is complete, so please make sure the license meets your needs before buying.
No Refunds for Configuration Changes
If your system setup changes after purchasing the license, we’re unable to issue a refund. To avoid any surprises, please ensure the license fits your configuration before completing the purchase. Also, if your setup changes, any maintenance fees already paid are non-refundable.
Pricing and Costs
- Shipping & Fees: Prices are quoted without shipping costs (EX-Works Altnau, Switzerland) or any bank transfer fees. These extra costs will be your responsibility.
- Credit Card Payments: A small percentage fee will be added to the total purchase price for credit card payments.
- Price Changes: Prices may change occasionally. Don’t worry – any confirmed orders won’t be affected by price updates.
- Corrections: If we notice any errors, typos, or omissions in our materials, we may correct them without prior notice.
Invoices and Payment
All invoices will be sent by email. Once we’ve received your payment in our bank account, your license tickets will be issued promptly so you can get started.
Dongles and License Replacements
- Lost or Stolen Dongles: If your dongle is lost or stolen, a new license will need to be purchased, and the cost of the software package (dongle) will be added to the license price.
- Damaged Dongles: If your dongle is damaged and you have a maintained version of the software, you can transfer your license to a new dongle. Simply provide us with visual proof of the damage, and we’ll help you through the process.

By purchasing a license, you’re agreeing to these terms. Please review them carefully to ensure you’re comfortable before making your purchase.
